Added sound system. Not every sound effect is currently supported but majority of sounds should be covered.

warning: loading in multiple demos with rocket spam has potential to cause ear damage :)

Added option to draw 3d player trails.

Added missing BFG projectiles and explosions.

Speed is shown in TD mode.

Left/right arrow keys can be used to step frame by frame through demos.
